Refunds & Returns Policy
At our studio With love from Goa, each candle and skincare product is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we have a considered returns policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
3. Allergies & Skin Reactions
Our skincare products are made with natural ingredients, but individual sensitivities may occur. We recommend patch testing before full use.
We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
4. Candle Care Responsibility
To ensure safety and performance, please follow candle care instructions provided. We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by improper use (e.g., tunnelling, overheating, incorrect wick trimming).
5. Used Products
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been used or partially used.
6. Handmade Variations
As all items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, scent, and finish are natural and not considered faults.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Replacement product
We do not typically offer cash refunds.
